Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about planning, forecasts, privacy, data and support.
Is Cashflow Companion Mini a bank or wallet?
No. It is a personal tracking and planning app. It does not connect to a bank, transfer money, pay bills or issue loans.
Why can a forecast differ from reality?
A forecast depends on the amounts, dates, recurring schedules, and records you enter. Real payments and income may happen at different times or amounts.
Does a planned salary mean I have received it?
No. A planned item expresses an expectation. Record the actual receipt separately when it happens.
Can I view more than 30 days?
The app describes forecast horizons of 30, 60, 90 and 180 days. Availability of longer ranges depends on the version and any applicable reward or Premium entitlement. Details are being verified.
Does the app automatically sync my finances?
No verified bank synchronization or app-managed cloud sync is provided for core cashflow records in the published version reviewed.
Will I lose records if I uninstall the app?
Possibly. Core financial records are local. Do not uninstall or clear application storage unless you accept the risk of losing those records.
What if notifications do not appear?
Check Android notification permissions, any reminder settings inside the app, and whether the reminder applies to the relevant planned entry. Android may delay background work; reminders are not guaranteed to arrive at an exact clock time.
Do I need an account?
Core cashflow tracking does not currently require creating an account.
Where should I report an issue?
Use the app support contact page. Include your app version and device details, but do not send passwords, PINs or complete financial records.
