User Manual

The online reference for Cashflow Companion Mini. The first sections explain the underlying concepts; more screen-by-screen manual chapters will be published as they are verified.

Chapter 1 — Core concepts

Starting balance: The amount entered as a baseline for your tracked cashflow. Planned: An expected future money movement. Actual: A transaction the user records as having happened. Projected balance: A calculated estimate dependent on the tracked starting point and assumptions.

Chapter 2 — Today

Use the Today dashboard for a summary of expected and recorded income, expenses, debt and savings. A projected closing amount is not automatically the same as currently available cash.

Chapter 3 — Money Plan

A Money Plan describes what you expect to happen and when. The app supports one-time and recurring plans. Check each recurrence start date, end date, category and occurrence schedule before trusting the results.

Chapter 4 — Forecast

Forecast lists estimated daily inflows, outflows and balances. The horizon can extend beyond 30 days depending on available access. Recorded transactions, changes to plans and refresh behavior may influence displayed values.

Chapter 5 — Add and Records

Use Add to record actual movement. Use Records to review, find and correct your saved transactions. Actual entries are the user’s own records and should be checked against receipts or payment confirmations.

Chapter 6 — Settings and safety

Settings contains preferences and available privacy, notification and app-lock controls. Core finance data is local to the device. Do not clear app data as a casual troubleshooting step.

Chapter 7 — Free and Premium

The app offers free functionality, ads, rewarded access and Premium benefits. Exact plan allowances, advertising conditions and 180-day access require per-release confirmation before a detailed entitlement matrix is published.
