When reporting a problem, include your app version, Android device model, Android version, a short description of what happened, the steps that led to the issue, and screenshots if they help explain the problem. Avoid sending sensitive financial information unless it is necessary to understand the issue.

Core Data Is Stored Locally

Cashflow Companion Mini is designed so that core Money Plan, transaction, and forecast records are stored on your device. The current app does not require a user account for core use and does not currently provide cloud sync or app-managed backup for those cashflow records.

Clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling the App can remove locally stored records. If you are troubleshooting, avoid clearing app storage unless you understand that local data may be lost.

Notifications

If reminders are not appearing, check Android notification permissions for Cashflow Companion Mini and confirm that notifications are enabled in any relevant app settings.

Forecast Questions

Forecasts are generated from the starting balance and planned money movements you enter. If a projection looks unexpected, review the Money Plan, recurrence settings, due dates, starting balance, and any recorded transactions that may affect the forecast.

Ads, Premium Access, and App Services

The App may use separate network services for advertising, premium access, app updates, and crash reporting. If one of those services is unavailable, core local cashflow records may still remain on your device, but some connected functions may not behave normally until service is restored.

Cashflow Companion Mini is a personal tracking and planning tool. Forecasts are estimates based on the information entered and are not guarantees. The App does not provide banking, lending, investment, tax, or financial advice.
